What We're Looking For
* At least 12 months mining experience, confidently operating dozers and haul trucks, plus experience with at least one of the following: grader, water truck, small digger, or 980 loader.
* Current Standard 11 medical and a valid driver's licence.
* Relevant RII competencies or a verified training transcript from the last 5 years.
* A strong, team‐oriented mindset with a flexible approach to getting the job done.
* A steadfast commitment to safety at all times.
* A willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
