Night Auditors must be adept and creative problem solvers, delivering above-average resolutions to guests’ challenges.Some Of The Responsibilities IncludePreparing guest welcome packets and VIP reportsProviding excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.Handling all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.Completing the night audit in an efficient and accurate manner.Balancing all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Making deposits of cash.Auditing Food & Beverage cashiers' work and correcting discrepancies.Running daily Flash Reports and distributing accordingly.To Be Successful In This Role You Will NeedOutstanding guest service skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Similar role experience highly regarded.Knowledge of Opera is desirable.Well-developed communication skills.A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
