Prepare and reconcile monthly General Ledger payroll journals.
Interpret Awards and Agreements and provide payroll advice to staff and management.
Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legislation and deadlines.
Drive process improvement and change management initiatives Maintain employee records, contracts, and position descriptions.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Coordinate performance reviews, pay increases, and bonus letters.
