Job Overview
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
This world-renowned entertainment, gaming and hospitality destination has introduced new amenities including a 42,000 square-foot Rock Spa & Salon, an expansive gaming floor with 3,100 slots, 195 table games and a 45-table poker room, and a 26,000 square-foot retail promenade.
The integrated resort is located on 87 acres of the Hollywood Seminole Reservation and offers 19 dining outlets and 20 bars and lounges.
Responsibilities
* Check vacant and clean rooms and adjust the room rack accordingly.
* Run alert date reports and review out-of-order and off-market rooms daily for validity.
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest requests.
* Respond to guests checking out via video check-out and offer bell assistance upon departure.
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent education required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Minimum front desk/hotel experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Work Environment
* Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; taste or smell.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English.

* Members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements have first preference in hiring, training, promoting and other aspects of employment.

As part of Seminole Gaming's employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations prior to an offer being extended.
