Overview

This Monday-Friday role is a full-time, permanent opportunity. Due to company growth, we are currently seeking an experienced, results focused Regional Customer Service Team Lead, to join our centralised team. This is a full time, permanent role based in Sydney (N/NE region). You will be flexible to travel between multiple Sydney sites. In a fast-paced environment, you will be working closely with the National Customer Relations Lead and Site Managers. You will lead a Team of highly trained Customer Care professionals across our various sites in Sydney.

Responsibilities

- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Providing a supportive work environment for all Customer Care Advisors.
- Investigation and reporting of customer complaints / queries.
- Internal stakeholder engagement.
- Recruitment, training and performance management for Customer Care team members.

To be Considered you will

- Have previous experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment.
- Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Be organised and have exceptional time management skills.
- Build rapport in person as well as over the phone.
- Work well in a team.
