AV Meeting, Production Webcast and Studio Support
We're seeking an IT Technician to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure.
The successful candidate will utilise their expertise in network protocols and hardware to support the delivery of technology services.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to end users, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
You'll also:
* Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including audiovisual, communication, and meeting room solutions.
* Provide technical support and training to end-users.
* Perform system updates, backups, and health checks.
* Assist in implementing new technologies and systems.
* Document technical issues and follow ITSM standards.
Critical Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
* Familiarity with IT service management tools.
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
* Technical expertise to advise others.
* Solving complex problems with guidance and judgment.
The role will also involve
* On-site support with face-to-face engagement with end users.
* Support for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco VC technology, and AV troubleshooting.
* Ownership of webcasting and broadcasting software, including studio delivery.
* Managing studio equipment like cameras, microphones, lighting, and related software.
* Experience in live production environments, filming, and sound.
