We are seeking an experienced Sushi Sous Chef ready to step into a management role, continue their learning both culinary and operations from our experienced management team.
SUSHI SOUS CHEF WILL HAVE:
* 3 to 4 years' experience in sushi and sashimi
* Great communication, delegation and leadership skills
* Ability to work well within a team and take direction
* In-depth understanding of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices
* Strong communication skills
* Creativity around menu development and food presentation
* A naturally positive demeanor
* High standards and expectations within the kitchen
