Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of the governance and compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all aspects of our business operations align with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage contracts and compliance across various areas of the business, including government partnerships and banking entities. This will involve maintaining accurate records registers timetables schedules audit files minutes resolutions resolutions confirmations tenders quotations proposals audits responses etc.
1.
