**About the role**
**Responsibilities**
In this role, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. Your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Schedule repairs and focus on warranty claims
- Coordinate with internal functions such as Production and Despatch, to maintaining response times
- Ensure compliance with internal company protocols relating to repair, replacement or other outcomes which foster a positive customer experiences
- Schedule customer visitation and related activities
- Maintain relevant customer service records using Excel, Outlook and other methods and generate reports of customer service activities and status
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed
**Skills & Experience**
You will come from a role where you have recently displayed high levels of Customer Service. This can be from the retail space or within a professional office setting. You will be a great communicator and understand the importance of strong service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient use of the MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel)
- Have past experience of Customer Service - 2-3 years
- High energy and enthusiasm to learn
- Want to contribute to positive team culture
- Excellent time management skills
- Be able to negotiate and work with others
