Requirements
The Opportunities
Own accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations across both businesses.
Run daily bank, card and account reconciliations and keep bank feeds tidy.
Post transactions and keep ledgers spotless in Xero.
Lead systems admin: maintain cloud tools, clean data, manage user access and streamline workflows.
Manage the accounts inbox, credit apps, purchase orders and supplier/vendor queries — you'll handle the nitty‑gritty numbers, and those spreadsheets.
Prepare and prioritise payment runs, manage timesheets and chase client approvals.
Support month‑end, BAS and ad‑hoc finance and systems projects.
Be the go‑to liaison for finance and figures across departments so teams can get on with the work they love.
The Details
Role: Accounts & Systems Administrator (part‑time, 30 hours/week)
Reporting to: Founder and Director
Location: Ascot — on site with parking
Hours: Choose five school‑hour days or four full days
Salary: $70,000 pro rata for those not seeking FTE + super
The Goods You Bring
3+ years in high‑volume AP / bookkeeping or finance support roles.
Solid purchase order experience
Advanced Xero skills and strong Excel — you're a spreadsheet queen or king.
Systems savvy: experience maintaining cloud tools, user access and data management and make the systems sing with one another.
Confident communicator — clear writer and happy to pick up the phone and speak with candidates and clients.
Cert IV Bookkeeping/Accounting or comparable experience preferred.
Initiative‑first attitude, excellent time management and an eye for detail.
Absolute discretion handling sensitive financial information.
