Job Title: Client Engagement Specialist
This is a full-time role requiring 22.5 hours per week, with a maximum term until November 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to families and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate family accounts and records within the client engagement system.
* Support families throughout their enrolment journey and handle ongoing account inquiries.
* Administer and process direct debits and other payment methods.
* Maintain accurate child attendance records for government submissions.
* Monitor and actively manage accounts.
* Support centre directors and staff with family inquiries.
* Provide training on key systems, including online enrolment and attendance software.
* Follow all administrative systems and procedures to ensure service quality.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve systems and processes.
* Contribute to the achievement of organisational goals and strategic plans.
* Handle incoming calls for the organisation.
* Promote a customer-focused service culture.
