Responsibilities: Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome. The role will involve, trade credit, complex coverage representation and professional indemnity, and D&O to name a few Manage files independently and approach your cases holistically, integrating broader perspectives and client-related factors Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail. Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication. Minimum 5.5 billable hours per day Draft relevant legal documents for cases. Requirements : Minimum 8 Years PQE in Commercial & Insurance Law Strong experience in Litigation. Experience with Professional Indemnity and Coverage disputes Able to work collaboratively and support each other. Adept commercial understanding, and ability to interact with clients from a range of backgrounds, industries and sectors Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, and can listen and follow instructions readily. Attention to detail - quick learner with adept analysis and approach to cases. Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively.
