About the Traineeship
As a
Business Trainee
, you will work full-time in our Albury office while completing your Certificate III in Business (Business Administration) through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). You will develop practical, job-ready skills, supported by a friendly and experienced administration team. This is a
***** month traineeship
with nationally recognised qualifications upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a welcoming, professional first point of contact for visitors and customers.
Answer incoming phone calls and email enquiries with confidence and clarity.
Support the administration team with general office tasks, data entry, ordering weekly office supplies, assisting with staff engagement activities, and document preparation.
Assist with customer enquiries, and day-to-day coordination of office operations.
Maintain an organised and tidy workspace in line with Watters' professional standards.
Participate in on-the-job learning aligned with your Certificate III modules.
Qualifications & Skills
A friendly, positive and approachable personality.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people.
Willingness to learn new systems, processes and office technologies.
Good time-management skills with an attention to detail.
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Completion of Year 11 or Year 12 preferred.
No prior office experience required –
just enthusiasm and a great attitude
