The Role
This is not a desk-bound sales role.
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be out in the field building relationships, winning new customers, and growing key strategic accounts. You'll work across transport, agriculture, mining, construction and retail fuel sectors, securing long-term business and expanding our commercial footprint.
This role is ideal for a high-performing, results-driven sales professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, closing deals, and driving sustained volume growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Identify, target and secure new commercial fuel customers
* Manage and grow assigned Tier 1 and key strategic accounts
* Conduct face-to-face customer meetings and site visits
* Negotiate commercial supply agreements and pricing
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Deliver agreed volume and margin targets
* Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure reliable service
* Monitor market activity, competitor pricing and customer trends
* Represent Park at industry events and customer functions
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B business development experience (fuel, logistics, transport, construction, agriculture, industrial or government sectors preferred)
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Excellent relationship management capability
* High commercial acumen and strategic thinking
* Ability to operate autonomously in a field-based role
* Professional presentation and communication skills
* Strong CRM (ZOHO) and reporting discipline
* Experience within fuel, energy, logistics or bulk commodity markets
* Existing industry relationships
* Understanding of transport, fleet or agricultural supply chains
