OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major transformation program.
This role will partner with stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure the successful adoption of current processes, systems, and ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver change management strategies, plans, and communications to drive successful adoption.Conduct change impact assessments and develop engagement plans to prepare stakeholders for change.Facilitate workshops, briefings, and training to support capability uplift.Work closely with project managers, business leaders, and subject matter experts to embed changes.Monitor adoption progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as required.QualificationsProven experience as a Change Manager on large transformation projects.Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI/ADKAR or similar).
