* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
* Foster strong relationships with families, children, staff, and the broader community
* Oversee staff recruitment, induction, professional development, and performance management
* Manage administrative processes and budgets
* Coordinate transition programs, excursions, and specialist activities

Requirements:
* Rlevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education
* Proven experience in a leadership role within an early learning setting
* Sound knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
* Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
