Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
* Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately
* Perform manual handling of stock and heavy lifting as required
* Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including the use of forklifts when necessary
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
* Engage with customers, answer product-related questions, and offer personalized recommendations
* Operate the point-of-sale system effectively, handling cash and card transactions accurately
* Unpack stock and replenish shelves in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles. Additionally, a valid RSA certificate is mandatory.
