About The Role
The administration officer role requires a flexible and adaptable person who can learn multiple facets of our business and happily immerse themselves within a different department on a daily basis.
Your duties will include greeting and signing in visitors, contractors, and staff, admitting and discharging inpatients using Meditech, operating the switchboard, and taking payments from patients and external customers.

About You
You will be an effective and approachable administrative professional with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service. This role calls for individuals with a strong capacity to manage various administrative tasks and priorities throughout the workday.
You will also demonstrate:
* Proven organisational skills and a high degree of attention to detail & accuracy
* Competent computer skills using MS Office suite
* Experience in admin roles or within the Health Industry is desirable but not essential
* Team Player
