Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage accurate production estimates, Master BOQs, and house/building cost schedules
* Analyse construction plans and documentation to calculate materials, labor, and variations
* Maintain, update, and review Master BOQs and regional pricing databases
* Collaborate with construction, procurement, and supplier teams to resolve queries and meet schedules
* Identify discrepancies, recommend solutions, and improve estimating systems and processes
* Manage Display Home pricing, upgrades, and VPB entries
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time
* Support deployment and maintenance of Databuild, Framework, and other estimating tools
What We're Looking For:
* Degree or Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management or equivalent
* 4+ years' experience in residential production estimating
* Proficiency with Databuild, Framework, Buildsoft, or similar software
* Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and building regulations
* Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‐solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers/professionals
