Head of Sales Performance
to join their rapidly growing team. This key role will serve as a mentor, culture leader, and trainer within the organization, playing a crucial part in staff development, sales coaching, and the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Mentor & Culture Leader
: Lead by example, fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture. Be the go-to person for coaching and mentoring, building relationships to support team members' professional and personal growth.
Sales Coach
: Available to provide real-time feedback and advice, helping staff improve sales performance and conversion rates.
Process Trainer
: Deliver training to new staff, provide ongoing development, and facilitate more advanced training for senior team members.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a performance and training role within a sales-driven environment.
Strong ability to mentor, coach, and motivate teams towards achieving their goals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated success in improving sales performance and staff retention.
This role sits alongside a Sales Manager but focuses on qualitative coaching and process improvement, with no direct reports to maintain a strong focus on mentoring and coaching.
