We are seeking a highly skilled Factory Operations Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and support to the Factory Manager, driving operational excellence and cost efficiency across the factory.
The role involves analyzing costs related to factory processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations, with experience in manufacturing costing and supply chain management.
* Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
* Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of operational strategies.
* Provide expert advice on financial matters and contribute to business planning and decision-making.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Experience in manufacturing costing and supply chain management, preferably in a FMCG environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
* Certified Accountant (CA) or Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) qualification is desirable.
* Proficiency in Excel, SAP and Power BI is essential.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
