Job Overview
This role is focused on managing and processing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a range of tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and BAS (Business Activity Statement) management.
Liaising with suppliers, clients, and colleagues to resolve financial matters and support the overall financial administration of the business will also be an essential aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process and manage financial records, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable;
2. Ensure accurate and timely completion of BAS returns and other regulatory requirements;
3. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and team members regarding financial matters;
4. Support general bookkeeping tasks and provide administrative assistance as needed;
As part of this role, you will work closely with the finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
