**About the Role**As a **Mortgage Broker Support Specialist**, you'll sit at the centre of our mortgage broking operations. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, ensure applications progress smoothly, and support brokers with loan preparation, documentation and compliance.You'll be trusted to manage multiple applications at once, juggle competing priorities, and proactively follow up to keep loans on track – all while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and service quality.**Key responsibilities:*** Manage and coordinate home loan leads within agreed SLAs* Allocate and track enquiries through the loan lifecycle* Prepare, review and lodge loan documentation accurately* Maintain client files across CRM, aggregator and lender platforms* Support loan writing, settlements and compliance checks* Liaise with members, lenders, conveyancers and third parties* Monitor progress, follow up outstanding items and escalate issues**About you:*** Experience in home lending, mortgage broking or finance administration* Strong lead management, organisation and follow‐up skills* Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines* Excellent communication and customer service skills* High attention to detail and confidence working with systems* Knowledge of responsible lending and compliance (desirable)* Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (desirable but not essential)**Apply now** and you could be part of a collaborative, values‐driven team, putting members at the heart of everything we do, whilst delivering seamless, compliant and member‐centric mortgage broking solutions.If you need any assistance with your application, please email Eleanor.Rayner@rac.com.auWe're seeking a detail‐driven**Mortgage Broker Support Specialist** to support our **RAC Finance Mortgage Bro****king Service** team by managing home loan enquiries, administration and loan processing from start to finish.This is an **all‐rounder role** where no two days are the same.
