Contact Services Officer

Provide support to our Facilities Management (FM) Support Desk.Monday to Friday hours - 80 hours per fortnightSalary packaging benefits + 5 weeks Annual Leave + Monthly ADO

About The Role

Working within a multi-skilled team and reporting to the FM Helpdesk Manager, the contact services officer position will have a broad range of responsibilities, including:

FM Help Desk support – comprising of administrative assistance to various departmentsCustomer Service and general Administrative DutiesProcessing of purchase orders, invoicesFielding Engineering, Biomedical and Fleet Management inquiriesDispatching tasks to field technicians

About You

Demonstrated administration experienceExperience with Facilities Management-related software systemsStrong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and databasesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone mannerExceptional people and customer service skillsThe ability to complete additional shifts where required,
