The Lead of Automation Operational Excellence, Asia Pacific for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will lead APAC initiatives to drive automation growth through Performance Partnership. The role involves engaging C-suite and executive levels, managing client relationships, leading and mentoring teams through complex business issues, and collaborating with WITS teams to diagnose workflow impediments and re-engineer operations as part of continuous improvement strategies. The successful candidate should be adept at deploying tools to manage business change and oversee multiple business and improvement initiatives across various enterprises and systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Lead strategic planning and execution of customer initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and add value, including creating case studies and ROI analyses of Performance Partnership engagements. Drive APAC automation growth by increasing customer retention, acquiring new accounts, and monetizing activities.
* Develop and execute differentiated professional programs with tailored training resources and online offerings for continuous improvement and value-added learning, utilizing DBS and lean tools.
* Create promotional strategies and tools to increase enrollment and utilization of these programs, coordinating their rollout in APAC markets aligned with Customer DBS team readiness and expansion plans. Customize content for APAC customers and sales teams, including translations and modifications for regional relevance.
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Bachelor’s Degree in business or life sciences; MBA preferred, with 20+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences research, or consulting. At least 10 years of leading large commercial organizations.
* Strong strategic, analytical, and business skills, with experience in profit and loss management and growth initiatives.
* Ability to lead within a complex regional commercial team to achieve results.
* Proven sales/marketing leadership and staff management experience in fast-paced, complex environments.
* Experience as a Lab Director or similar role, with a deep understanding of lab operations and translating operational concepts into business opportunities.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
* Estimated 25% travel within the APAC region.
