Why This Role Exists
We're growing fast, and with more founders launching every week, we need a sharp, driven Ecommerce Meta Ads Strategist & Account Manager to help these brands not just get off the ground — but learn how to fly.
You'll guide early-stage ecom founders through the hands-on realities of media buying, content strategy, and conversion optimization. You'll teach them how to understand their data, manage their Shopify stores, and scale profitably on Meta.
In short: you'll give them the knowledge and confidence to take charge of their growth — and move us one step closer to our mission of seeing another founder hit $10K/month every single hour.
What You'll Be Doing
Running weekly 1:1 coaching calls with your portfolio of early-stage ecom brands, reviewing performance and mapping clear next steps
Teaching founders how to launch, analyze, and optimize Meta ad campaigns so they're not just buying traffic — they're building real businesses
Reviewing Shopify stores and helping clients improve conversion rates, from on-site messaging to checkout flows
Creating Loom video audits that break down complex problems into simple, actionable fixes
Keeping clients accountable and moving forward through Slack — whether it's troubleshooting a sudden ROAS dip or mapping out a new creative testing strategy
Occasionally jumping in to set up campaigns or craft content when a client needs an extra push to keep momentum
Collaborating with our internal team to share learnings, sharpen our frameworks, and keep raising the bar for client results

Feels restless if a client's stuck, and will jump into an ad account or CRO test at 8 PM if that's what it takes

Thrives in a remote, fast-moving environment where ownership, initiative, and clear communication are the norm
Your Experience Might Look Like:
Strong hands-on experience running Meta ads for ecom brands (you know how to scale, troubleshoot, and test systematically)
Direct experience working with Shopify — either for clients or running your own store
Confident digging into Shopify analytics and connecting the dots with ad performance
Background with small businesses or startups — you get the scrappy, "do what it takes" mindse
Skilled at explaining data and digital strategy in plain language that non-marketers can run with
Naturally organized, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and keep priorities straight
Collaborative and proactive, always looking for ways to deliver more value
Bonus points if you've got:
Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Klaviyo
A background in coaching, mentoring, or teaching
Creative chops — either writing ad copy, briefing content, or developing testing frameworks
