Expression of Interest – Automotive Mechanics | RACQ Caloundra (Now Open!)

Location: Caloundra, QLDHours: 40 hours per week, Monday–FridayPay: $41–$45 per hour (based on experience)Extras: Tool allowance + superannuation

RACQ's new Caloundra store is officially open, and we're growing our team! We're looking for skilled Automotive Mechanics who are passionate about quality workmanship, safety, and delivering the kind of service Queenslanders know and trust. If you enjoy diagnosing, repairing, and helping members get back on the road with confidence, this is a great chance to join a supportive, community‐focused workshop.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll complete vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance using modern equipment in a friendly, well‐equipped workshop. You'll work alongside a team that's collaborative, down‐to‐earth, and always ready to lend a hand.

What We're Offering

* Competitive pay: $41–$45 per hour, depending on experience

What We're Looking For

* Qualified Automotive Mechanic (Certificate III or higher)
* Solid diagnostics and repair capability
* Strong communication and customer service approach
* Ability to work independently and within a close‐knit team
* C Class Driver Licence
* Ability to complete pre‐employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and a criminal record check
