Job Summary

The ideal candidate will support the Director of Commercial Sales & Leasing in their daily operations, providing administrative assistance and ensuring a seamless workflow.

* Manage the Director's diary, set reminders, and coordinate follow-ups
* Prepare leases, offers, and marketing materials
* Maintain property files, CRM records, and listing databases
* Monitor emails and coordinate team meetings


Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A reliable motor vehicle for on-site visits
* Previous experience in administration, preferably in real estate or property
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office
