As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our dynamic team and support the financial performance of our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and financial commentary
Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow models
Analyse production costs, margins, and product profitability
Monitor KPIs across manufacturing, sales, and operations
Provide insights that support pricing, inventory, and cost-control decisions
Partner with operational managers to review performance and drive efficiency
Assist with year-end processes and liaise with external auditors
Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business improvement initiatives
About You
Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/ANZSCO SKILL 1) or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within manufacturing, production, or similar industries
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/accounting systems preferred
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Proactive, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
