Job Description
This role involves coordinating and supervising the Directorate Peer Responder Program. The goal is to promote and recruit members, train them, and evaluate data for continuous improvements.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality staff wellbeing and workplace culture initiatives through building relationships with stakeholders and providing strategic advice.
It also includes triage support for staff requesting peer responder contact.
