* Coordinate grant-funded initiatives, ensuring projects meet objectives, timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements
* Collect, analyse, and report on program data while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
* Promote child safety, cultural inclusion, and respectful engagement practices across all activities

What you will bring

* Relevant experience and/or tertiary qualifications in community development, youth work, community engagement or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience delivering community programs or initiatives.
* Demonstrated experience facilitating group activities, workshops or community engagement processes, including working collaboratively with young people and diverse community stakeholders.
* Experience designing, coordinating and delivering community or youth-focused programs using inclusive or co-design approaches.
* Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with community organisations, schools, service providers and other stakeholders.
* Well-developed project coordination skills, including the ability to plan activities, manage competing priorities and deliver programs within agreed timelines and budgets.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, collecting program data and supporting evaluation and reporting requirements.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
