About The Role

As a member of the Leadership Team, the Aquatic Programs Coordinator leads and grows swim lesson programs across Dandenong Oasis and Noble Park Aquatic Centre. The role oversees programming, school bookings and the development of the team, ensuring alignment with the Swim and Survive framework. As South East Leisure's key industry representative, the position builds strong partnerships with Life Saving Victoria, industry bodies and the local community to deliver high-quality aquatic programs.

South East Leisure is leading the way in community health and recreation, and we're preparing for our next big chapter – the opening of the $120m Dandenong Wellbeing Centre in July 2027. This landmark venue will deliver state‐of‐the‐art aquatic, fitness and wellbeing experiences for one of Victoria's most culturally diverse communities. Established in 2022 by the City of Greater Dandenong, South East Leisure currently manages and operates the following council‐owned venues:
