**Find a career that matters and lasts**:
As a Line Layout Designer, you'll provide line layout design and drafting services in the discipline of transmission lines. You'll contribute towards project scoping, estimating, line engineering survey and the co-ordination of minor line projects. You'll also:
- Perform transmission line layout designs and detailed PLS_Cadd design services/analysis for both Powerlink and external Customer Projects.
- Provide technical layout design intelligence and support to internal and external project stakeholders and manage external contractors to ensure compliance with design quality standards.
- Perform the Primary Layout Design Team's "Responsible Person" role as the first point of contact for design, scoping, budgeting and timing of services delivery
- Ensure that layout designs and associated activities provide value for money, are cost efficient, on time and on budget whilst complying with approved procedures and aesthetical requirements
**Your expertise**:
- Associate Diploma in Survey, Electrical or Civil Engineering
