The venue consists of brasserie restaurant dining, an outdoor beachside kitchen, and 2x bars with an overall capacity of 750 seats.
It's busy season and we're seeking a talented Chef to bolster our experienced kitchen team.
You will ensure tasks assigned are carried out in a timely fashion, to a high standard and within food hygiene guidelines.
As a Chef, you will ·Have an opportunity to utilise your time management and organisational skills.
·Bring a high level of proficiency in all areas of the kitchen ·Be willing and able to work in all sections of the kitchen ·Have a passion for creating delicious, expertly prepared, cooked, and presented food.
·Keep an organised kitchen and uphold a food safety program to assist in maintaining the kitchen, food and hygiene standards.
·Can demonstrate and advise with food preparation techniques and cooking procedures.
·Demonstrate the ability to preserve, freeze and store foods safely.
·Be a team player and work well within a team Applicants must: ·Hold a qualification of an Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or at least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same role.
·Demonstrate motivation, commitment, and attention to detail ·Effective communication skills with a growth mindset to continually learn and improve.
