We are looking for a Vice President
**and** Country Manager for our Australia and New Zealand Market. This role will report to the Chief Sales Officer and will be part of Khoros' global senior leadership team. This leader will have an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Customer Experience with some of the largest brands in Australia and New Zealand.
**Responsibilities**:
As the Country Manager in the Australia/New Zealand area, you will be responsible for driving growth, reaching business objectives, and overseeing Khoros sales and delivery teams in the region. Key to achieving our desired growth will be increasing and deepening partnerships in the region with key system integrators (SIs) and independent software vendors (ISVs) in the larger customer experience ecosystem. You will use your broad strategic and business skills to support delivering an outstanding customer experience, while leading Khoros teams in the region and managing customer/partner relationships.
**Additional Responsibilities Include**:
- Overseeing all sales and account management, marketing, customer success and professional services activities within the Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) region, as well as office operations
- Executing different business strategies to support company growth and business expansion
- Supporting Khoros partnerships in the Customer Experience technology ecosystem
- Managing sales teams, execution, forecasting and commercial negotiations with the region
- Overseeing customer success teams that are responsible for the health and success of Khoros customers throughout ANZ
- Directing services operations throughout ANZ in delivery, implementations, and training of customers
- Hiring, training, and enabling local resources focused in the ANZ region to build out regional presence
- Overseeing office and interoffice culture and team
- Managing budget, revenue, and cost of ANZ operations (TBD)
- Overseeing marketing strategy in region to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline to region
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years related experience in technology industry, preferably in Social Media Management, CCaaS or SaaS offerings
- Deep business knowledge of the Contact Center, Digital Customer Experience ecosystem
- Experience in working with Channels and Partnership
- Experience working in highly cross functional role with many dynamic teams (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product, Product Marketing Operations, Engineering and Senior Executives)
- Well-rounded leader with experience in brand building, partnerships, channels, and marketing)
- Well versed in social/digital media platforms and strategies
- Well Versed in Bots and Automation
- Highly developed leadership skills with the ability to build lead and develop a team as well as effectively lead change management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate region needs, as well as provide the team with a clear framework of the strategic priorities
- Ability to effectively collaborate within the region and across the global organization
- Proven track record of delivering resulting in a dynamic high growth environment
**The base salary range for this role is $250,000 AUD - $305,000 AUD with bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
