Project Documentation Coordinator Role
The role involves managing project documentation using industry-standard systems and ensuring accuracy in recording, version-controlling, and distributing drawings, specifications, and correspondence to relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate document flow between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
* Uphold compliance with quality management systems, project protocols, and ISO standards through precise document handling and tracking
* Assist the project team with document retrieval, audit preparation, and compliance reporting
* Track RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions through to approval
* Administer document control systems and provide support and training to users where required
Requirements:
* Prior experience working on commercial or defence projects is advantageous but not a requirement
* A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude
* A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
