We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
* Main Responsibilities:
1. Cash Handling and Security Procedures
2. Transaction Processing
3. Cash Management and Balancing
4. Record Keeping and Reporting
5. Providing Excellent Customer Service
You will also be required to perform general cleaning duties, provide bar service to the gaming team, and work as a Keno Operator and Cashier. Previous customer service experience is highly regarded.
