We are seeking a professional, organised and people-focused Finance Officer to join our Administration team. This frontline role supports the School's financial operations through accurate invoicing, receipting and processing payroll. The role requires strong communication skills, discretion, empathy, and a commitment to the School's values and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Administration
* Invoicing for school fees and charges.
* Accounts receivable, including receipting, reconciliations, and fee collection processes.
* Process fortnightly payroll
* Answer payroll related queries
* Calculate entitlements as/where required
* Interpret the Enterprise Agreement
* Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation.
Customer Service & Communication
* Provide clear, respectful, and timely communication to parents, caregivers, staff and students.
* Support families with fee enquiries, payment arrangements, and documentation.
* Assist with reception duties and administrative support during peak periods or staff absences.
