Sr Client Partner - CPG Advertising ANZ

About the Role
This position requires a strategic seller who can build mutually beneficial ads partnerships with top-tier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. The ideal candidate will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of CPG brands and drive adoption of expanding ads offerings across Mobility and Delivery platforms.
Your Impact In Role
1. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on CPG partners' needs and exceed quarterly growth goals.
2. Build relationships with Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations.
3. Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.
4. Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure delivery on partner needs.
5. Expand ads product adoption by clearly communicating the value of our newest ads products with a focus on creativity to differentiate our offering.
The Experience You'll Bring
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise/Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
2. Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex brands or organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience selling into large CPG brands with a focus on digital advertising.
2. Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber.
3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
4. Creative storytelling experience with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers.
5. Strong leadership ability.
6. Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity.
