We are seeking a trade-qualified Painter to join a high-performing internal facilities team at a major Government Health precinct in Caboolture.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver internal and external painting maintenance across a diverse healthcare site.
* Manage high-quality surface preparation, patching, and finishing.
* Liaise with Facility Managers to coordinate works with minimal disruption to clinical services.
* Adhere to strict government cleanliness and safety standards.
What You'll Need
* Cert III in Painting and Decorating.
* White Card and a strong eye for detail.
* Experience in commercial or institutional maintenance is highly regarded.
* Ability to pass a National Police Check for site access.
