About the Role
The HV Electrician supports the Maintenance team with ensuring reliable electrical work is conducted safely to allow for maximum machine availability and productivity.
We are looking for a HV Electrician to carry out the following duties:
* Perform electrical statutory check's as per the EEM's requirements
* Perform Tag and Test as per schedule
* Perform regular plant/equipment maintenance, statutory inspections and repairs
* Complete break in work as required
Roster: 2 on, 6 off; Day/Night; 12 hour shifts
About You
To be successful in this position you will hold the below qualifications & experience;
* Trade Qualified
* Strong ongoing commitment to safety
* Sound communication skills
* Ability to self-manage and prioritise work load
* Demonstrated experience with investigation of complex electrical faults, and identifying appropriate remedial works
* Previous experience working on plant and machinery within a mining or heavy industry environment
* Current WA 'C' class drivers' licence
