o Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2: $68.50 – $69.87 per hour
o Psychologist: $40.58 – $59.39 per hour
o Senior Psychologist: $62.53 – $67.75 per hour
o Clinical Psychologist: $57.30 – $69.84 per hour
o Senior Clinical Psychologist: $72.98 – $77.16 per hour
o Occupational Therapist Level 4: $63.81 – $65.36 per hour
o Social Worker Level 4: $63.81 – $65.36 per hour
o Welfare Officer Level 4: $63.81 – $65.36 per hour

What You'll Be Doing
The Clinical Lead will provide expert clinical services, clinical governance, and support to a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians working with children and young people up to 18 years of age presenting with mental illness symptoms and/or risk issues.
Selection Criteria
* Tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers for Social Workers, or Bachelor of Health Science (Mental Health) for Welfare Officers.
* Demonstrated high level clinical and consultancy skills and knowledge of assessment and evidence‑based interventions for children, adolescents, and families/carers experiencing high acuity mental health issues, including successful post‑graduation experience in providing mental health services. For Registered Nurses: at least 5 years full‑time equivalent postgraduate experience with postgraduate tertiary nursing qualifications in mental health, and at least 3 years full‑time equivalent experience in the speciality field, or current enrolment in an approved postgraduate course within the next 12 months.
* Proven ability to think critically, problem‑solve, and make timely, sound clinical decisions while working autonomously.
* Demonstrated expertise in clinical leadership and supervision of mental health clinicians from all disciplines, upholding standards of clinical practice.
* High level of knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework for working with children and adolescents with mental health problems, including comprehensive understanding of NSW Mental Health Act 2007 and relevant NSW child protection regulations.
* Current unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to drive/travel as required, including long distances.
