About the role
The Production Operator is a Full-time position, based at Coopers Plains - QLD. Reporting to the Production Supervisor you'll be part of a team of operators that are responsible for operating machinery to ensure material is produced to the commercial standard.
**In this role you will**:
- Identify and report equipment and product faults via the appropriate procedure
- Be involved in reducing risks/hazards and improving quality by involvement in the Safety/Environmental and Quality Management Plan
- Maintain workplace records including machine reports, graph information etc
- Participate and get involved in continuous improvement and problem solving
This role will work across an 8-hour weekly rotating roster (40 hours per week + overtime available). Monday to Friday morning shift 6am-2pm, afternoon shift 2pm-10pm and night shift 10pm-6am.
Previous manufacturing experience or a valid Forklift license would be desirable but not essential.
