Job Description
Our Client BLUE TIPPERS SEQ PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales growth and brand presence across the region. In this key role, you will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, drive new business opportunities, manage campaigns and product promotions, oversee customer service standards, and guide distribution and merchandising activities. You'll work closely with senior management to set targets, pricing, and market direction, while monitoring performance and market trends to ensure strong commercial results.

Job Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate the full range of sales and marketing activities to support business growth.
Duties
* Develop and put into action sales and marketing strategies, including advertising and public relations, working closely with other managers.
* Lead the creation of new product ideas and manage marketing and advertising campaigns from concept to launch.
* Manage sales performance by deciding the best product focus, assigning sales regions, and setting strong customer service standards.
* Set up and control merchandising and distribution processes by guiding sales staff and coordinating with external agents and distributors.
* Establish sales approaches and commercial terms, including pricing strategies and customer credit conditions.
* Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies when needed.
* Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets, track results against targets, and report performance outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications
* AQF Bachelor or Higher
* 3 years of experience in related field
Salary
* $80,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation
