We are looking for someone who is committed to growing the Club; with a primary focus to attract and engage new members through lead generation, referrals, corporate deals, outreach and community sponsorships. You will be the Community Ambassador for Anytime Fitness in Gippsland
You will be a mature, friendly, outgoing and confident person; who genuinely cares about helping others along their health and fitness journey. You will be the key advocate for the Club and be able to represent the Club to corporates, government, sporting and social clubs and enjoy influencing others, through your demonstrated sales and marketing initiatives.
About the Role
Full time and part-time roles available for the right candidate
* You enjoy being a Community Ambassador
* Achieve KPIs including sales and retention targets
* Daily calls, appointments and bookings
* Daily club facilities and operations
* Proactively seek and generate new membership leads, referrals and sales
* Grow membership base and know the importance of member retention
* Lead a fun and vibrant club culture
* Promote the club brand within the community
* Maintain the cleanliness and working order of the club
About you
* You are passionate for health and fitness (formal qualifications preferred but not required)
* You can demonstrate quality sales, marketing and customer service experience and enjoy achieving goals and targets
* You have strong communication skills: face to face, over the phone and email
* You enjoy meeting new people and public speaking
* You are an organised, methodical and self motivated person
* You love a challenge and enjoy every win along the path to success.
