We're currently seeking a Digital Product Owner to join our Digital Content & Website Experience team on a 12‐month Fixed Term Contract, owning the performance, optimisation and strategic direction of Life, Health and Pet Insurance products on Suncorp's insurance websites.
About The Role
As the Digital Product Owner – Life, Health & Pet Insurance, you'll help run and grow our portfolio of partnered insurance products offered through some of Australia's best‐known insurance brands. You'll drive measurable customer and business outcomes across digital sales, service and claims journeys through disciplined delivery, data‐led decision making, experimentation and continuous optimisation.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll lead through influence, translating business strategy into high‐impact digital initiatives in a complex and regulated environment.
You'll champion the growth and optimisation of digital experiences, testing, learning and iterating to deliver sustained performance improvements while contributing to the broader uplift of digital maturity across the Digital Customer team.
More Specifically, You Will
Website strategy, roadmap & delivery
* Own and continuously evolve the website product strategy and roadmap
* Optimise customer journeys and business outcomes through SEO/LLM optimisation, A/B testing, experimentation, personalisation and experience redesigns
* Make prioritisation and value trade‐off decisions that balance customer needs, commercial outcomes and regulatory requirements
Stakeholder collaboration & delivery leadership
* Unite diverse stakeholder groups across Digital, Marketing, Technology and third‐party partners to deliver performance‐focused outcomes
* Translate strategy into clear, well‐sequenced backlogs that maximise delivery capacity
* Maintain momentum and progress in environments where alignment may be evolving
Performance & insights
* Own end‐to‐end website performance with accountability for KPIs across digital sales, service and claims journeys
* Use analytics, customer insights and experimentation to identify opportunities, test hypotheses and deliver measurable uplift
