Support and Enhance Business-Critical Applications
You will play a key role in the smooth operation, upgrade, and support of business-critical applications. This includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure, and Finance & Operations (F&O) systems. You will be the go-to expert for incident resolution, application health, integrations, and data integrity.
About this Role:
* Be first point of contact for BAU incidents, problems, and service requests.
* Manage application upgrades, patches, and annual renewals.
* Support CRM data integrity, marketing lists and integrations.
* Configure and administer user accounts and access.
* Liaise with vendors for troubleshooting and resolution.
* Prepare applications for major events.
* Create ad hoc reports and analytics.
* Provide occasional after-hours support during key events.
What You'll Bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Azure.
* Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Power Platform).
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies including SQL, Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps.
* Experience with integrations, data reconciliation and monitoring tools.
* Great problem-solving and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Experience with event-based or retail operations will be looked upon favourably.
