About the role
Following an internal promotion, we are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Engagement & Finance Officer to become a valued part of our Administration and Finance team. In this role, you’ll manage reception and visitor interactions, while supporting key business functions including accounts receivable, permit coordination, and documentation management.
This people-focused role offers exposure to a variety of tasks, and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and where your attention to detail and communication skills will be valued. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career, be part of a team that values initiative, reliability, collaboration and making a meaningful difference on how we work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service, supporting visitors, tenants, and employees.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, tracking payments, and account reconciliation.
- Coordinate permit processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support administrative functions such as event coordination, communication, and office management.

About you
You’re someone who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in supporting both people and processes. You’re organised, reliable, have a growth mindset and comfortable working across customer service and finance functions.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, have proven experience in reception, customer service, or finance administration and confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems. You also bring a commitment to promoting an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team environment where people feel supported and valued.
