Responsibilities
* Act as the technical lead for Salesforce technical delivery, providing guidance and oversight to developers and administrators.
* Design and review technical solutions across Salesforce clouds (PSS, Sales, Service, Experience) and custom applications.
* Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
* Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders across projects to translate requirements into technical designs.
* Lead code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure quality across all deliverables.
* Support the implementation of CI / CD pipelines and structured release management for Salesforce components.
* Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with government security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
* Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Experience
* Extensive hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and solution design, including Apex, Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and sharing rules.
* Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage delivery in complex environments.
* Familiarity with version control and CI / CD practices.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
