Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Perth, for an Electrician to join the team with commercial backed experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner.
The role is for a qualified electrician with site leading and site supervising experience to lead, supervise and co-ordinate a team across commercial construction and fitout projects which includes office fitouts, large construction projects including commercial mixed use developments, shopping centres, hospitals, cinemas, retail, restaurant and office fit outs and large logistics and distribution warehouses. You will be on site managing a team of electricians and apprentices arranging materials, tasks, scheduling, attending builders meetings and assisting on the tools where required. The numbers of staff on the projects can vary up to 20 staff during peak periods.
There is also a second role available for an experienced commercial leading hand to assist with small fitout projects inclusive of installing powerpoints and data points throughout tafes, schools and offices, diagnosing faulty equipment, repairing lighting and replacement of damaged apparatus.

Experience & Qualifications;
* A valid electrical license and qualifications relevant to the electrical trade;
* Proven experience in commercial electrical work;
* Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams;
* Thorough knowledge of Australian electrical codes and standards;
* The ability to take responsibility and lead by example with an unwavering commitment to safety and quality;
* The ability to assess, analyse, and find solutions to on-site issues;
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with clients and team members;
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
* Current driver's license and white card;
* Police Clearance;
* EWP and Working at Heights Training -
not required but is desirable;
* First Aid Certificate -
not required but is desirable;
* Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and installations.
